Changes to planning rules for HMOs adopted in Bath
Updated planning rules designed to avoid high concentrations of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) have been adopted by Bath & North East Somerset Council.
More changes are on the way for Nottingham’s Waterside, with approval for a new pedestrian and cycle bridge over the River Trent and a blueprint for further enhancement of the area building on existing residential developments.
